Featured Tattoo Artist: Kelly Doty

This week’s featured tattoo artist is Kelly Doty. She is originally from Connecticut, and she started tattooing in 2007.

“I’ve traveled extensively and currently call Studio 13 in Indiana my home, but I remain a New Englander at heart! I specialize in spooky pop surrealist tattooing, big eyed girls and bobble-headed animals all with a dark side. If it’s grim but cute, you’ll find me there.” Kelly Doty
